1. Choose which picture you would like to use as your desktop wallpaper.
   
2. Determine the resolution of your screen. You may know this already, but if not;
   Click on our handy Screen Size Checker above.
3. Click the link below the picture that corresponds to your screen resolution.
4. A new browser will open. Wait for the picture to fully load before proceeding.
   Ignore any scroll bars as they won't be on the final picture.
5. Move your cursor over the image and right click your mouse. A menu window will pop up. Select and click on Set as Wallpaper. All Done!
   Minimize all your open windows and it should be there. If not; right click the desktop and click on refresh.

This is the easiest method, but, wallpaper can be quite transient in nature, depending on how you deal with the download. If you use the previous method and then decide you want to change it for another one, the original picture will be lost if you haven't saved it first, as only one image can be set at a time. If you want to download several pictures and change them regularly, then this next method would be better.

1. First find your Wallpaper folder. Go to your desktop / double click on My Computer / double click on your (C:) drive / double click on the Windows folder / click show files / double click on the Web folder / there should be a folder in here called Wallpaper. This is the destination folder to save your images.
2. No Folder? Let's create one. Open the Web folder as above / click on File / hover the cursor over New / click on Folder / right click on your new folder / click on Rename / type in "wallpaper" without the quotation marks.
3. With the new image fully loaded (as noted previously) right click on the image / click on Save Picture As / click on the down arrow beside the Save in section / click on drive (C:) / double click on the Windows folder / scroll along and double click on Web folder / double click on Wallpaper folder and open it / The file name and type boxes should be filled in. Change the name if you want to. / click Save / Job Done!
4. Now you can reset this picture as wallpaper as often as you want, just by doing the following:-
5. Right click on the desktop / select Properties / with the background tab open - scroll down your wallpaper selections. Your saved images will be at the bottom / click on one of them and then click OK.

1. Click on the size of image that you need for your screen and wait for the picture to fully load.
2. Move the mouse cursor over the image and click the mouse button until the pop up menu appears. Choose Save Image As or Download Image to Disk or Save This Link as and save the file to your desktop or another area of your hard drive.
3. Open the control panel and choose Desktop Pictures. If present, click on Remove Picture and/or otherwise just click on Select Picture.
4. Load the new wallpaper image from where you saved it on your computer.
5. Finally, go back to the saved image and choose Position Automatically for wallpaper.
